Industrial Crab Unit

Features

All units are fitted with Gear drives from ABM Greiffenberger's Germany.
Modular and compact Drive units consisting of Gear box+motor+Brake.
All motors are two speed motors. Hoisting in 1:6 ratio and Travel drive in 1:4 ratio.
Hoisting drum directly mounted to Gear drive eliminating any coupling, bearing housings etc. Minimum no. of components means minimum maintenance.
All travel drives directly mounted to wheels through splined shaft.
Articulate joints in crab unit helps equal distribution of load in CT wheels.
Fabricated crab and end carriages are completely machined after fabrication giving every closed tolerances and perfect alighments.
Fly wheels fitted in travel drives for smooth operation.
All travel drives with soft start/stop feature.
Equipped with two upper and lower position geared limit switches in hoisting.
Available in load range from 5 ton to 63 tons in different class of duties and lift.
Also available with Variable Frequency Drive.
